Impressive Event SpaceNear USC

Renovated in 2015, our 7,500 square foot Grand Ballroom is perfect for mid- to large-scale events and is the crown jewel of our event space.  Combined with our Galleria and nine breakout conference rooms, clients have access to 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that can be tailored to our clients’ personal needs. We can accommodate gatherings up to 800 attendees and strive to make a lasting impression for our clients and their guests.

Named in homage to the year our university was founded, The 1880 Founders Room offers 2,500 square feet of mid-size space for socials and events.  The 1880 Founders Room features a dedicated, exterior entrance, private restrooms and a built-in bar.

Host your cocktail party or reception in our Teaching Garden located on the hotel grounds, where our produce is grown in its natural state without the use of harmful chemicals.  We are the first university in the nation to have a farming effort of this scale using vertical Tower Garden aeroponics technology, making for a unique event setting and endless conversational opportunities for your guests!

The premier ballroom on the USC Campus is appointed with 8,000 square feet of pillar free space for special events, meetings and conferences. Town & Gown is illuminated by eight magnificent Schonbek chandeliers, custom decorative paint finishes, gorgeous Italian marble flooring in the foyer, and elegant handcrafted woodworking elements throughout.

Opened in the fall of 2010, the Trojan Grand Ballroom is the largest multipurpose room on campus. Used as one large space or as four smaller rooms, the ballroom can accommodate banquet dinners, social dances, lectures, conferences, tradeshows, and many other event types.  Amenities include theatrical stage lighting, a fully integrated production system,and backstage green room with close proximity to two other flexible conference spaces in the building, ideal for breakout space.

The Vineyard Room, located on the lower lobby level of the Davidson Conference Center can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit-down meal. The adjacent outdoor patio is perfect for pre-function receptions and networking.

Formally a Los Angeles Public Library, King Stoops Hall was extensively remodeled in 2012 as the new home for the University Club. Through a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold in 2016, the Club was renamed and will continue as a pillar in the USC community for fine dining and community building.

The club’s impressive building and grounds offer members and their guests convenient settings for formal and informal dining, meetings, casual get-togethers or private parties.

Non-members may use the Club facilities if sponsored by a member.

Located in famed Heritage Hall, Bashor Lounge is the perfect location to impress your guests at USC. The warm ambiance with USC acclaimed sports history, features a unique foyer with sports memorabilia, an existing bar, and options for patio usage. Bashor Lounge can fit up to 80 people and has full audio visual capabilities.

The Edmondson Faculty Center is based on a farm-to-fork concept created by USC Hospitality located at the Health Science Campus. After an extensive renovation project, The Edmondson is proud to welcome all faculty, staff, students and visitors.  Our modern atmosphere provides guests with an open dining room, lounge area and private dining rooms for meetings and special occasions.

Think outside the box and outside the boardroom!  Our hotel breezeway or pool deck can be transformed to accommodate a casual outdoor lunch or evening cocktail reception.
