Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival, unless otherwise specified, to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

Guarantee & Deposit Policy:
All reservations require a credit card at time of booking. Advance purchase reservations require a credit card deposit equaling the total night's room and tax of stay due at time of booking.

Terms & Conditions

Incidentals Policy:
A valid credit card authorized to cover additional room and tax, plus $50 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.

Smoke-Free Policy:
USC Hotel is 100% smoke free in all guest rooms and public areas. Smoking will result in a $250 charge.

Check-In Policy:
Guest must provide a valid government issued identification and must be at least 18 years of age for check-in. For exceptions to this policy, please contact our reservations team at 213-748-4141 or email us at hotelreservations@usc.edu.

Check-In/Check-Out Time:
Check-In time is 3:00pm and Check-Out time is 11:00 am.

Internet Access:
Complimentary wireless internet access is available for all hotel guests.

Parking:
Self-parking is available for $40 a night with in and out privileges. For oversized vehicles, please contact the hotel for parking alternatives or USC Transportation.
